Watten House
 

Watten House is a new condominium launch by UOL and Singland. The new project is situated at the Shelford neighbourhood on an elevated plot of land. The duo acquired this plot through collective sales in 2021.

The plans were to build a luxurious condominium with big format. The development will appeal to families who loves big spaces and to live in the popular neighbourhood that is dominantly landed homes.

Watten House is surrounded by plenty of popular schools such as Nanyang Primary, Nanyang High School, Hwa Chong JC, National Jc and Raffles Girls Primary School.
