An upcoming new launch in Jurong area will be J'den. Its location is where the former Jcube shopping mall was. The developers for this condo project is Capitaland.

It is a 368 unit residential condominium with full faclities. It also has a shopping mall beneath it. It is expected to complete in 2027.

the face of Jurong is changing with the upcoming new condo and on top of that a new mrt line called The Jurong Region Line will also be completed at around the same time.
