The name of the project is Sceneca Residence which will offer estimated 265 units with 1 to 4 bedrooms and Penthouse
The land size is 95,583 sq ft site with 2,000 sq m (21,528 sq ft) of commercial space including anchor supermarket tenant.
The Sceneca Residence location is just walking to Tanah Merah MRT of the East West line and is 1 stop to Expo MRT and 2 MRT stops to Jewel of Changi Airport.
Its location is in the East enclave having excellent potential with easy access to regional business hubs at Tampines, Paya Lebar, Changi Business Park, Changi Airport and Jewel.
