Penrose is likely to launch for sale in September 2020. Either starting 12th or 19th September, with booking date targeted for 2 weeks later.

The Penrose condo floor plans are now available. Nothing wildly exciting, quite typical CDL style layouts. There are not many one bedders here though, so there's a good chance they might sell out at very quickly. But a lot would depend on the pricing too.

Viewings of the showflat before balloting day is by advance appointment only. And there has been so much interest that even not everyone who has submitted a cheque may be able to get a slot, given the limited number available due to the COVID safe distancing measures.
