Affinity At Serangoon
Affinity At Serangoon is an en bloc redevelopment located on the site of the former HUDC Serangoon Ville which went through privatization. When Serangoon ville was bought over then by Oxyley , each unit received about $2 mil in compensation. The redeveloped site sits on a 296,913sqft footprint and consist of 5 commercial lots, 40 strata titled landed houses and 1012 apartment units.
Affinity At Serangoon is located just a mere 12 mins to Nex shopping mall and 15 mins to Kovan by the easily accessible bus service via the bus stop located just outside the development. This are 2 locations where an abundance of amenities awaits you.
