MeyerHouse is the new luxury condominium that will replace the former Nanak Mansion along upmarket Meyer Road. This freehold development was sold to an associate of the UOL Group, Secure Venture Development (No. 1), for SGD$201.1 million in September 2017, in an enbloc deal. Secure Development will re-build it into the 56 unit MeyerHouse condominium.

All the units in Nanak Mansion were owned by companies and family members of a low-profile Singaporean Indian family. They unanimously agreed to sell their units in the project, according to a Business Times report earlier that month. The family developed Nanak Mansions but did not live there, and rented out all the 36 units in the project.

MeyerHouse is within 400m of the future Tanjong Katong MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line. Meyer Road is popular with expatriates, and close to East Coast Beach.
