Location advantage of Haus on Handy

1) Located in a prestigious private enclave of Handy Road and Sophia Hills area
2) Convenience being within 5 mins drive to Orchard Road (shopping street), Dhoby Ghaut (Singapore Management University), Bugis (Ophir-Rochor business corridor), Clarke Quay (lifestyle precinct along Singapore River) and Central Business DIstrict

Haus on Handy Condo . More Details
 
Haus on Handy will be a luxury but 99 year leasehold condo. The nearest comparison, if we are to try and estimate possible selling price, is probably Martin Modern.

Both are 99 year leasehold projects in prime locations, and surrounded by older freehold apartments. Both have quick access to an MRT station, though Haus on Handy has the edge here as the station is already ready, much nearer to walk to (within 2 minutes), and an interchange station into the bargain.

Haus on Handy is being developed by CDL and Martin Modern is by GuocoLand, but both ultimately belong to the same Hong Leong Group.

Martin Modern is being sold at between $2,600 to $2,800 PSF currently. That may give us an idea of where Haus on Handy price ranges could start at, though it could aim higher as the location is actually more central.

The Haus on Handy showflat will likely open for viewing in the first half of 2019. No other details are ready, and the floor plans are still pending approvals.

The Haus on Handy Launch
 
It is looking like Haus on Handy could be launched soon, likely in the 2nd Quarter of 2018. If so it is likely to go head on in competition with Riviere condo, the new launch on the former Zouk site at Robertson Quay.

Both have their points, and both are by some of Singapore's top developers. Haus on Handy by CDL, and the Riviere condo by Frasers Property.
