Unregistered | Quite surprise that the bonus on average is that low 2.65 month for Comfort. Was always under the impression that the GLCs generally pay at least 5-6 months on average. Is it always like that or only recent due to Uber/Grab competition? | |

For non-executive level staff in ComfortDelgro, Performance bonus are segregated by percentage. 4.15 month Top 10% 3.15 month Top 20% 2.65 month Middle 60% 1.50 month bottom 10% My PB this year was 4.15 months (Top 10%) |

Unregistered | Depends on rank. 2.4 mths is for jr exec levels, most managers got 4 mths whereas more snr managers & those on value sharing schemes got above 6 mths. | |
