Actually I don’t think u need to plan to siam, let say u tender when u roster to be minutes taker, they will likely take you off anyway as usually they don’t let resignees attend meetings where confi info being discuss.. my impression

Good qn… u mean if u meeting secretary for that quarter ah? Suppose it depends how sensitive the info u hv access to lor. (Plse dont say here eh we not interested! ) But… it’s also good exposure for u, get to listen how policymakers think, maybe can add to ur value when u go out
May not be gd thing for u to siam also.. ya boss may wonder why u so uncooperative for admin work & then.. remember u for dat haha

Some of the IT systems being created are just damn lousy man.
Full of bugs and UI/UX issues. Not even asking for complex functions. Simple functions also can get errors. Also not intuitive for the user. Important and simple-to-implement functions also not there.
Seriously if this was in private sector, the entire team of software engineers and project managers might have been changed already.

Uhmmm, i wouldn't recommend that, that could be suicide mission, because you could be saying that your higher ups are not doing a good job :P. Not sure if higher ups want to hear feedback to really help them improve, or is to suss out the non-loyalists :P.

Sorri if this is slow but can you elaborate what is here it is about not being blamed, as in its easiest to shift any blame to the lowest rank officer? But you know, in some org they will not bother going after small fry, they will look for who is the bigger fish(es) in reporting line and whether that person(s) also contribute some responsibility… u mean it not liddat here?

They are responsible for assessing what their bosses wants, adapting to the changes in what their bosses wants, conveying it to the rank and file, and ensuring the instructions or other kpi are carried out smoothly
By the way your salary range a bit off? Dont think all TLs and Div heads paid that much unless you including bonus
