OT Cap When you hit 3.5k, your next is 1x pay. It is very hard for you to hit 5k already. I used to start 3.2k. I calculated, unless I worked 7days per week, I will hit 5k. Yes it is already China Company. Really damn cheapstake company. No benefit no bonus no increment. Many engineers there do nothing just getting pay. HR policies worse of all. HR cheap you. Tell you nice thing. Sing song to you. Bad thing hide. going around the bushes. very dishonest. No company dinner and dance. No celebration held. HR performance is all about saving cost. so they cut whatever you can get. OT they still cut your dinner time. I was working from 8-518. But OT only start at 6pm. And they still cut your dinner time. Really damn bad. Just look at Jobsearch website. Keep on hiring. VERY BAD turnover rate. Meaning people keep leaving. |

Hi, The OT changes is hit at $3500 then to 1x rate till reach $5k, Does the allowance, public holiday include in it? If so then easily hit liao. They offer OT cap at $5k, so means that Overtime alot? What about those Hour u work more than $5K? |

EX-Employee Hi there, I was from the company, this company has a good culture if you work under the good boss. Otherwise, no benefits, 18days leave for engineer. Company got too many director. Pay is under average as most engineers are eaning >3.5k nowadays. OT capped at 3.5k. Meaning if your starting is 3.2k, you OT one day for 1.5times or 2X pay, you hit 3.5k easily. after that is 1x pay if you OT. 3years no bonus already. And honestly I don't know why no bonus. Once employee want to quit, they will counter offer with 10k with 2 years bond. increase 20%. But they cannot give bonus. Management sucks. Talk only. But actual work done by ground people. Customer engineers also no knowledge. Heavily depend on ground people. 8D reports experts, firefighting expert. |
