Annual performance review and bonus at NTU

Hi all, I have been working at NTU as research fellow for one year, now I am considering changing a job. But I wanna secure the annual bonus before I leave. As far as I know, the annual performance review evaluates one's performance from 1st July of last year till 30th June of this year, and HR gives the bonus notice around mid July. Does it mean I could not get the bonus if I leave before 30th June, or even worse, mid July? Will HR decide not to give me bonus once they know I am leaving (they would know since I have to give them one month notice prior to my last day)? Can anyone who worked or is working at NTU give some info? Another question is when is the 13th month salary usually given? Your help is much appreciated.
