Academic Staff:
A: 4
B+ : 3.5
B: 3
C+: 2.75
C (Good): 2.5

Non-Acad Staff:
C+: 2
C (Good): 1.75

Hi folks,

I've got an interview offer from NP, however no date set for the interview yet.

I have 2 questions:

1. With 8 YOE including 2 years teaching experience, what IPS banding should I be expected to get offered, or a salary range.

2. Any tips for interview prep? What can I expect during an interview? What is the interview process like?

Rare for perm after 2yr. Perm aft 4year (after 2X2yr contract) maybe 50-50% depends many factors, performance, get along w mgt, headcount vacancy, luck etc. Some 4-10yr still renewing 3rd/6th contract cos they like the job or nowhere else to go etc.
