Core Central Region and High Quantum Luxury Properties   Inspite of the contending prices and rebate offers by respective developers, transactions continue to ramp up in the core central region and high quantum luxury properties. In the meantime, the new cluster house at Kembangan, Terra Villas has likewise sold 2 units in the said month of July 2016.
