DanteALG I don't think session groups are the best idea in this pandemic period. Regardless of the social distance you could guarantee, the chances of infection are very high. Personally I prefer to avoid any physical contact with people and my husband encouraged me to try the Lockdown workout challenge and to my amazement it really got into a benefic habit for me, however a little movement never hurts.Weight Management, muscle growth and stress relief after workout and I think is the most pleasant feeling ever.
