Unregistered | Contract positions are fairly common in the civil service and government affiliated organisations. I believe it's not uncommon for contract positions in the public sector to be renewed, if the performance of the person is satisfactory. Unless the position is tied to a specific grant, such as research grant in the case of universities. | |

Unregistered | Be more confident. Work and learn hard in NTU to be valuable asset to them. Hard work and knowledge is visible and you need to prove to employer that you are capable for them to convert you to permanent. All the negative thinking will only hamper your growth. | |
