Actually, titles don't matter. It's the money that counts. Get your priorities right!

To be honest, I'm not an expert. Can someone from from Bain, BCG and McKinsey comment?

I can only speak for Mck but BCG and Bain are quite in line with some differences (e.g. Bain pays higher at lower levels but lesser at Partner level)

For Mckinsey,
Business Analysts >> 5k sgd per month with 1-2 months bonus
Associate (post MBA) >> 12k sgd with 1-2 months bonus
Engagement Manager >> 15k sgd with 2-3 months bonus
AP >> Annual comp of about 300k - 400k. it gets a bit harder to calculate because they have some profit sharing component if my guess is correct
Partner >> 700k - 1.2m
Senior Partner (or Directors as they are called) >> 1m - 5m. It varies ALOT here depending on global firm performance and contributions from the senior partner.
