Unregistered Lol you mean you all don't know? All along in general HR only cares about recruitment/attracting new talents. Retaining was never their priority, at least in this upcoming AI era. Please bother to upgrade yourself because alot of roles in PS also being replaced by AI/tech.

Huh? So you get lower pay annually after working longer? Its impossible to promote forever so they want people who stay longer to earn lesser annually than now?

I dont see any adjustment for inflation when they cap salary?

Yup. If I were to put myself in PSD HR's shoes, with this new revision, the civil service:
