I'm earning about 46k annually with bonus. Just got my part time degree, my boss ask me wait 2 years to promote to exec level. HOW LIKE THAT?

Thanks for sharing. I was feeling like I was doing badly. I will be done with my degree by start of next year. Hope to progress from there on... 3 years experience so far at current job.
