2015 New Launch Condo Looking back for the whole of 2015 there was only 7 New Launch Condo being released. There were Botanique at Bartley, North Park Residences, High Park Residences, Symphony Suites, Kingford Waterbay, Principal Garden, Thomson Impressions. Except for Principal Graden that was unveil in Nov . 2015 was sold Thirty% the remainder new launch condo did quite well. High Park Residences sold Ninety% within its first month of the launch and Botanique at Bartley is almost NinetyPercent sold by now. Even Thomson Impressions that is a new record launch price in the location is more then Fifty% sold. No doubt that market continue to be in a position to absorb the supply. We also observe that from 2014 onward, the authority has reduced the number of land sales to regulate availability of housing leading to less new launch condo year on year. |
