For dads and moms looking to enrol their young son or daughter into this west side super the best primary school Rulang Primary they can only do so if only they gain top priority admittance right by means of one of the following category or they live within one Km from Rulang.

If ever the child do not be eligible for a any of the below priority entries then the parent who could proof to be living within just 1Km from the school for a period of 30 months could still be given priority for the balloting if there are more students then the available vacancy during the final phase of the school registration. Private properties that are within 1Km from Rulang are Lakeville show flat Condo, Lake Grande, Lakeshore Condo, Lakefront, The Caspian, Lakeholmz condo, Yuan Chiang Condo, The Lakepoint, Summerdale and Parc Vista Condo.

1. A child who has a sibling studying in the Rulang primary school
2. A child whose parent is a former student of Rulang primary school and who has joined the school alumni
3. A child whose parent is a member of the School Advisory / Management Committee
4. The student whose parent or sibling has studied in the primary school of choice
5. The student whose parent is a staff member of the primary school of choice
6. A child whose parent has joined the primary school as a parent volunteer and has given at least 40 hours of voluntary service to the school
7. A child whose parent is a member endorsed by the church/clan directly connected with the primary school
8. A child whose parent is endorsed as an active community leader
