livefreelytoday Hi,
I did applied and went for an interview with Roche. But was not successful.
I just feel that the interviewers are themselves not convinced of getting people with little knowledge of the industry although it did advertise as "suitable for mid career switchers from other industry".. One of the interviewer remarks "... but they wanted us to get people from other industry" and sounding unconvinced at the same time. But no harm to try if you are interested.

You manage to get in?

livefreelytoday Thanks for the advice... its ok, The reason is also my current industry is not very stable and the company is shaky and I want a get another skill as well..
Anyone who has enroll and could share is much appreciated...
I did enquire about the courses , however, it needed you to resign as its a full-time course , and yet, no guarantee you will get a job at the end of it which make me feel alittle insecure to pursue...

I am working in my industry for past 9 years and getting tired of the mudane job and thinking of a mid-career switch to this industry even though it may be much lower pay then what I getting intially.

Thanks alot.
Not trying to burst your bubble.

Mundane - if you are looking into biologics manufacturing. I am sure you will find the same level of mundane in it. Manufacturing itself is very routine.
