Why invest in Singapore Jurong Lake District

The west side of the island has long been seem as an area for industrial activities where factories and warehouse are placed. It was a location few locals will love to purchase a home. Up until last dacade things begun to change. Singapore authorities started to plan for several a part of the island to become develop to grant more growth as well as to decentralize the island centre. Tampines, Changi Business park, Paya Lebar, Woodland, Jurong Lake Districts and the Marina area are all area being identify to be replan and redevelop to grant more economic activities in to these location so that resident live in the neigborhood can also work closer to where they live. An inventive plan to ease traffic jam into the city centre. Jurong Lake district where Lake Grande MCL Land location would be the largest of such regional centre with huge space put aside to bring about commercial, entertainment and Industrial activities. Plans within the pipelines include changing the Jurong lake into a bautiful waterfront city with restaurents and pub along the lake. Many hotel will also be included within the plan. There is possibly the high speed rail project that join Singapore to KL Malaysia using a bullet train. Traveling time is said to be shorter to only 45 minutes.
