Jurong West Parel B land sale URA land sale in Jurong drawn a total of nine developer to take part in the land sale. Parcel B that is next to Lakeville is 17,803 sqm and have a maximum gross floor area of 49.850 sqm. It is not unexpect to see MCL land that also develop Lakeville on Jurong West Parcel A bid agressively for Parcel B to defend Lakeville prices. Lake Grande Jurong West winning bid is at $338.1 million or $630.1ppsf. Industry guru estimated the average breakeven Lake Grande price tag will be $1061psf and average selling psf will range between $1223psf to $1323psf. |
