Lake Grande Condo New Launch The next Jurong new launch will be MCL land Lake Grande Condo located beside Lakeville Condo. With a huge land size Lake Grande will have around 550 condo apartments. We should have 1 to 5 bed rooms like Lakeville. Lake Grande is also 99 years lease hold. Lake Grande share all the selling point of Lakeville since they are located side by side. As MCL land got the land at not very high price therefore we think Lake Grande pricing will be close to that of Lakeville Prices. Lake Grande Showflat viewing may be available soon. |
