Traders are formulating trade strategies & algorithms to generate profits whereas in your case brokers are just administering the trades & earn some basic commission along the way. No point to compare a broker pay with a trader, one is a highly specialized finance job the other is more administration / sales & account management - different universe lah. | |

Unregistered | It would be more useful if those who want to know at least are close to or already get an offer with a specific trading house in mind. Reality is 99.9% of those who are asking won't get a trader's job so its pointless to ask for details on trading book bonuses. | |
