Is it possible to change department in Accenture

Is it possible to change department in Accenture after working for 1 year?

Eg: From software engineer to system administrator.

Unregistered Important to note that Accenture doesn't allow you to choose your departments and specialise until much later

Consulting track is very competitive but turn over rate is high also so there is still chance not say zero chance. To survive in consulting track, you need very good office politics skills instead of actual working skill haha.
