Thank you. Seems like differs from ministry to ministry. I've interviewed for sad roles for 2 diff ministries and only 1 had to speak to ps while the other is just d/SD. Wondering why the difference as both is mx11a role. Stat board even better, just D level for SAD role.

It's relatively ok compared to other places I believe. I joined as 11, promoted to 11A 2.5 year later, just need to get 2 B (C/C+ followed by B for the next 2 cycles). Non-scholar. Don't have to OT, just need to focus on getting assigned tasks done, and propose improvements to processes, which is simply providing solutions to the problems you face while doing your job, not hard. Good luck in your application.
