District 03 New Launch Condo Saw on newspaper that Principal Garden New launch preview sold 120 units last weekend. Basing on total units of 663 units, Principal Garden developer managed to sell 19% of the developer on the first day of sales. My agent told me Principal Garden 1 bed room price start at around $760,000 or around $1600psf. One of my colleague is considering buying. |
