[*]Good communication and interpersonal skills
[*]Sensitive to numbers 
[*]Ability to work independently
[*]Shows keenness and makes efforts to keep abreast of financial markets
[*]History of personal trading will be advantageous
[*]Market savvy and demonstrates good grasp of the financial economy
[*]Willingness to work and performs under intensive and high pressure environment
[*]Strong will to succeed.
[*]Willingness to be rotated to work in different time zones

I am sincerely hoping to know more about the particular trainee role.

[*]Since it's a contract role, what are the (if any) short/long term prospects for the role itself? 
[*]After the contract is up, what are the chances to be offered a perm Dealer role if I exceed expectations? (I know it's dependent on performance, headcount, and everything else), if yes, what are the prospects of a FX dealer?
[*]What's the pay range like for the particular trainee role? Progression wise?
