Because the role also majority can do, how hard is customer service and help desk role lol. Don’t know why people so proud but in actual fact they are just a help desk role, see if you can jump to f500 top ranking companies with your job scope. Fresh grad come in is standard 5k pay it’s on mycareersfuture portal, only after two years then you choose to go into either one and that’s where the pay differs too

Maybe that’s why they offer 5k to attract ppl but if you think about it, where else can you exit to better roles and offers if you’re only a specialist in Bloomberg terminal like answering questions and installing it etc, you’re not even an investor or trader on this terminal.
