u know, within IB there are many other areas right? So which part of IB are you referring to? Unless you mean internet banking.

plzzz not everybody is unambitious & slack like u. in civil service if not scholar ur gonna retire as director mx8 even if ur a top performer. mx8 is only 300k total package max.

banks can easily earn 2-3 times that if ur a good performer.

any1 knows how much is the bonus/commission if meet kpi in uob?

For another local bank, when you are in a sales role (commercial banking, PFC, etc) you do not have bonuses. You only have your basic and commission (if you hit the sales target).

I'm not too sure about UOB.
