I totally disagreed to gauge that minimum must be $4k Non Banking - and $5k Banking. You ought to understand what you are looking for in your career, if you are fresh grad, it will be better to gain experience in JD that allows maximum exposure, so it will add value to your next job. So Minimum Salary for Fresh Grad should not be a cornerstone for you, that will apply to you when you are more experienced. The highest the salary you earn, mean you need to produce more, no business will willing to pay you without generate enough revenue to cover your costs. If you are confidence to earn 2.5 times or more for the company, go for it, if not, start building your knowledge and experience. |
