I am working in an MNC. My office girls ( in charge of docs ) are getting 5.1 months VB + 1 month AWS for 2014 Fiscal Year. I know that's their bonus for sure because their VB is pegged to the company's PAT and in the employee's handbook.

Base pay is 2.2K to 4.8K depending on exp and rank. Base pay is excluding allowances and OT pay.

Therefore, it is totally feasible.

SIA = 12mth + 1mth AWS + 3.5mth bonus
