Thanks for the replies. How about Chemical Engineering and Business/Accountancy? They used to be the more sought-after programmes after Medicine/Dentistry/Law. |

Career options in descending order of preference: Minister > MP > Dentistry > Medicine > Law > Civil Servant > Everyone else |

I wouldnt say law is a sure bet.. im a law student (local u) right now and a lot of my batchmates cant get training contracts (id say around 30%) its far worse in the UK and Aus unis... even FCH (from certain schools) wont get u a training contract |

Won't go wrong with medicine, dentistry, and law. Most of the other are highly skewed. A lot of ppl joined those courses because of the minority who are successful and skewed the statistics and outlook. |
