Communications Jobs with PUB

Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum and am seeking information. I'm very interested to work as Public Engagement Officer or Community Relations Executive with the Public Utilities Board. Does anyone know what the typical starting salaries for such workers are? It's still a long way to go (I'm still in the polytechnic and those jobs I mentioned need a degree) but I like to be informed before I decide my major in the university. You see, I'm doing a psychology diploma and might want to continue doing it at degree level. But I have a dream of working in PUB. I can't be an engineer because I have a physical disability, so I hope to get an offce job. With a psychology degree, maybe I can do HR? Or maybe I shouldn't bother and work somewhere else which pays better. What do you think? Sorry, I've always been a dreamer. Thanks for reading and I would really appreciate your advice.
