Unregistered pay package wise is so-so for a 2-year experienced.but the benefit is not bad. usually ppl get 100-200 of dental benefit, 14 days leave, 44 hours/week and no OT pay but no need to work night shift/during holidays and also 5.5 day week. and also the bonus is usually 2-3 months. and no need to serve bond.
