Resigning in July I intend to resign on 31 July so that I am eligible for my mid year bonus, but my Principal asked me to resign end of May because of constraints regarding hiring another teacher to replace me. I’m wondering if that is a norm for MOE or can I actually stand my ground and insist on the last day being 31 July? Kinda wasted to lose my mid year bonus just coz P claims cannot hire another teacher in middle of the term. Anyone who has had similar situation? |

If you can, driving instructor is not bad. Don't look down on Grab drivers. Some are just rich retirees passing their time as Grab drivers. |
