HR Courses Since you are in the HR department, you may want to find out if there is any development or training scheme/policies for employees of your company. See what courses do your company send them to. You can find out from your HR colleague or supervisor. Advice Needed (Human Resource) Hi All, I have non-business degree but I am interested in HR jobs, especially in training and development field. After so many twist and turns, I just managed to get a general HR job to get started with this career. But I am pretty much lost at how I should proceed to become professional HR, especially in training and development field. Should I attend some courses? I heard about ACTA cert but is it truly recognized and helpful to be professional HR? Can anyone advise me on courses or any ways to become professional HR? To move up in HR, what do I need? Thanks a lot. Regards, Jess |
