Why not apply straight to ops and not waste time.
Is Pfc a good role? It's a sales job. If you are attractive, people will stop and listen to you. If you can sell, people will buy. Simple

It is a run of the mill retail sales job. A lot of banks are now starting to outsource such jobs to contractors.
