Bonus Payout In such cases where a company is constantly changing the policies of the staff handbook, are employees supposed to follow the regulations stated in the staff handbook or their own contract signed between the employee and the employer? If employees were told to follow the regulations stated in the staff handbook, what's the point of signing a contract in the first place if it's just going to be overwritten by the staff handbook. Kindly advise. |

ThomasScheer | Every company mentions the bonus payout for the employee in the agreement. Whether it may be 15% or the monthly or the salary based bonus. Its the matter to have the complete information on the agreement you are signing. Also an employee must know its laws too, to have better work within the company or business. Bonus also depends on the employee's work. So its better to know an employee's droit and the agreements. |

Saf. The Holy cow of sg50. Every year a fixed dedicated money of the tax payer (and other taxes, Inc business tax in malls) is use to sponsor this organization. What benefit do we reap? Airshow and fireworks. A lousy major 5k. LTC 7k, full colonel 10k++ We have seen too many ex general going to the public sector to sink ships |
