Unregistered Sorry to hijack this thread, but I hope to get some advice on this. Recently I am planning to do a Masters as part of my personal and career development. One of the course I am looking at is Org Psychology. Wonder if anyone here has that, or know what are the pros and cons of doing this?

Should I eventually take up this, what are the careers prospect I can look forward to?

B is 2.5mo of pb, with aws, mid yr, end yr and variable bonuses (sometimes), you get arnd 5mo. I wasnt look at climbing, i still got a B. Have you even been in the CS before, pffft 2.5 to 3.5 includ aws?

My hubb was an A performer last year, his total bonuses amt to 6mo, i suggest you do your calculation properly and not post narrow minded comments.

CS are probably benchmarking against management positions in pte, eg with at least 2-3 layers of reporting structure. However those positions are few in pte, and I highly doubt that people with no relevant or "generalist" experience can fill these.

i'm in pte, but i always wish to get a cushy CS job. high pay, good bonus, good annual increments, knock off on time, good work life balance.....

the grass is always greener on the other side...
