I’m doing a research and I learn a lot. I just want to share some good points I have learned: 1. Do a market research about trends and property cycles for better insights about your purchase 2. You must be aware with the political, social, natural climate of the country, infrastructure and utilities services. 3. Know your neighbour. 4. Examine the developer’s track record and property’s approved building plan. 5. Find information on the property management. 6.
