Which is more important? Salary package? Job scope? possibility of job hop? Coming from a junior who has insufficient working experience. often I am greed intolooking at the overall salary package in a company than to really consider what I like. People always say, you can't have the best of both world. Should I chose a low pay job but liking the job scope or a higher pay job but having doubts in the job scope? Ultimately I think people who have worked a long time would have cross thoughts like me at some point of their life. Appreciate your two cents worth of advice. |
