Unregistered | The truth is that some bosses are unreasonable, example not letting you go for lunch/dinner, interrupts all your weekends (perpetually), play mind games till it wears you down mentally. The common excuse is that all these are part of your training, saying things like “I went through this...”. It doesn’t help at all

Hi there, Not to worry. I've experienced something like that before... that's why I never had a good impression of certain industries in Singapore. I've experienced something like this before - it is not because my boss is a sinkies that why I don't even bother to tell him off. Some sinkies are just as bad, but because these individuals have commitment at home that why they don't have a choice. Well done, I would say that whatever you have done is commendable. This is necessary to bring across certain point that we although we are employee, we are not easily pushed over. |

A606 calle Honestly sucks to be you, I can totally emphathise. I've been following this blog for quite some time, it used to be something else but it got revamped. It's pretty nice, anonymous, and relates very well to this girl's (I think it's a girl author?) bitch boss. It feels much better knowing you're not alone. It has helped me through some really tough times and the writing is pretty stoic (though in a pretty hilarious way) Give her a read, I love her because she's raw and incredibly honest. Employers are reluctant to employ anyone with mental disorder and you CLEARLY have EXHIBITED, though in text, your LOW tolerance towards stress and pressure. In fact, it is NOT the company/staff that caused you to suffer from mental breakdown, it is YOU and ONLY YOURSELF to blame for the mental breakdown. It is not how ppl mistreat you, it is HOW YOU SEE the 'mistreat' that people pour on you. Cannot take it, just admit that you do not have the capacity to swallow, look for another job and move on. Simple as that. |

Unregistered | I managed to get back at them, by mass-sending an email to the entire company. The email contains some embarrassing things that one of the managers did. It is beyond moral comprehension LOL.

I was bullied by my ex bosses.. One time in a meeting room, we got into a raging shouting match until I lost control. I threw the project remote controller at him and hurled a big black roller chair over to his side, IT WAS DAMN BLOODY LOUD. |

Unregistered | Wow, unless you are not planning to work in that industry anymore then you can put all sorts of stunts but if you are just planning to find another job in the same industry. Good luck to you. You won't know when your potential employer will background check on you. If your ex boss is still holding a grudge on you, and coincidentally, your potential employer checked with him on you, you better hope Lady Luck has mercy on you.
