job offer is a yes/no thing. u accept if you want. appointment is the full terms and conds if you accept the offer. of cos the letter of appointment is the basis of employment. sometimes it's together. "if you choose to accept, you will be paid an hourly of .... ". then the job offer is the basis of employment. both parties to sign. |
