Unregistered I have written to MOM. And the manager said they do not handle workplace disputes. If i need help, I need to speak to the board of directors of the company.

Any billionaire or millionaire out there willing to help me hire the PM Lee's lawyer Davinder Singh from Drew and Napier.

It is a legit company, a US MNC. I was working in their singapore subsidiary.

I do not have the money to fight cases, are you saying MOM can represent for me in the civil suit?

You should consider something less cutthroat or competitive in nature...try government jobs (but also depends on which department) or maybe teaching (there's politics but generally lesser compared to corporate private coys).
Yes, now that I think about this, you may be just right.

Thinking back, the companies that I worked for in the past in which I can perform best all share 1 similar trait : the culture is very casual and/or family-oriented (ie: wife-and-husband company etc.). Either those, or the company has very few staff which results in minimal politics (less than 5 people).

The ones that I function the worst in all share a similar trait too : the corporate culture tends to be very strong and fast-paced, with a heavy emphasis on high performance.

Tks for helping me discover what kind of culture I fit best in, and will do my best to find companies which suits me better.

Tks again!
Nik

I try to reason, they straight shout and yell at me, looking at me fiercely. Like trying to make me resign. They went on for 2 weeks after which he sabotaged me to have a mistake in my work. He berated me then he brought the issue up to the senior manager, and later on a director was involved. The director did not give me a chance, was ruthless.

I think there were all friends of one another.

Wasn't given a chance to resign, straight fire.

Slipped into depression for 4 months, doctors recommend I see a psychiatrist. Felt hopeless. To make matters worst, my family berated me too.

I'd be more worried about my appraisal and promotions more than my self-esteem. I consider myself as a person with fairly strong self esteem, and I wouldn't let things like these get to me. My sense of worth won't be influenced by a superior who may or may not know what he's doing.
