Unregistered | nothing to complain here. see your signed contract. they did not state the service certificate will be issued right? no obligations to stay. you can clear leave or even reimburse them your pay if you really want to leave soon.

can the employer increase the notice period? I just found a better job and hence resigned from my current company. My notice period is 30 days but not the boss asking me stay on for another month. He says that he will otherwise ask the HR not to issue me a service certificate. I want to move on as soon as possible. What to do? |

Accenture Management Consulting Analyst vs. PWC EX audit w SQP vs RBS operations Quote:
Unfortunately, I dont see myself going on the partner track in PwC in future, perhaps untill the Assistant Manager/ Manager level as I heard from my NBS friends that external audit is really difficult to stay on for long and SQP is also a killer. Therefore, I am looking on the exit opportunites for the following offers. Does Accenture MC brings about good exit opportunities as well? Cheers, - Fresh engineering graduate |

Accenture Management Consulting Analyst vs. PWC X audit w SQP vs RBS operations Hi, Thanks alot for your reply. I guess operations jobs aren't that popular afterall. May I please ask about PWC External Audit (requires the fresh entry to take SQP in the next years) as compared to Accenture MC whether which ones have better exit opportunities and learning opportunities. Moreover if I choose to enter Audit, is it tougher to enter Accenture consulting in future. I am kind drawn to the opportunity take up the professional qualification as I am holding only an engineering degree? - Fresh engineering graduate |

Accenture Management Consulting Analyst vs. PWC X audit w SQP vs RBS operations As the title suggested, I have received offers from these parties for my first job. I am a fresh engineering graduate and have no idea where to embark in my career in the field of professional service. I am looking out more on the career development, learning opportunities and exit opportunities than salary aspect. Thank you so much for any constructive advice. - Fresh engineering graduate |

Unregistered | A little off the topic but would like to ask how difficult it is to change industry/career path (eg from civil service to finance). Is there an age where I will be too old to do so? I'm 27 now
