above poster is direct but correct, nobody joins NUS admin executive side for career progression. maybe if you are lucky you might get 2-3 promotions in your lifetime, but thats about it.

if u want career or pay progression, NUS admin office is not where u should go.

Unregistered This is NUS that you are looking at. Not sure what kind of a career progression you are talking about. In summary, you join nus

as a fresh graduate with little or no graduate experience so that you get whacked
as a semi retiree > 50 years old) so that you whack others and just follow the flow


This is 2014, please wake up.
