Most people enter RE consultancy firms upon graduation (JLL, KF etc.) to build strong foundation before moving on to pursue more lucrative careers in developer firms or REITs (think Capitaland, think 8 month bonuses). But not many can actually make the cut though. Other career options include fund management, financial analysts, researchers and analysts, consultants, biz development and international sales. |
