Does that mean that the NS increments will always take into effect every single time there's a promotion? Also, what do you mean by being pro-rated to the particular position? Is it with regards to the duration spent in the current job and factoring in the NS increments? Thanks in advance! |

You get your increment when you get promoted. For example, if you get promoted in the middle of the month, your increment will be pro-rated to the amount of days you were at that particular rank or position. |
